You can find this amount of calories in the food you may consume daily, like an avocado, a tablespoon of peanut butter, or a few cups of popcorn with salt.

If Pinot Grigio has too many calories for your liking, you can stick to a light wine like Prosecco with only 5% alcohol and 90 calories per serving. White Zinfandel and Muscadet are also great options for those on a diet with 90 calories per 5 ounces.
